如何用补点衔接测量法检定铸铁平台度？

用自准直仪检定铸铁平台平面度时，自准直仪的放置应稳固可靠。其放置方法有两种：一是安置在平板之外的专用支架或台子上；二是安置在平板工作面上。由于以从仪器发出的平行光为测量基准，若安置不当，将产生较大的测量误差。

前一种方法如采用不可调的专用支架，难以使桥板表面与支架表面等高，采用可调式支架调整也相当费时费事，因支架与被测平台不为同一基准。然后一种方法则可实现基面统一，并且调整方便，找像容易。但自准直仪占据了平板的一定位置，不能测得平板全长数据。采用补点法进行数据衔接，可实现全长测量。

When using the self-collimator to verify the flatness of the cast iron platform, the placement of the self-collimator should be stable and reliable. There are two ways to place it: one is placed on a special bracket or table outside the flat plate; the other is placed on the flat work surface. Since the parallel light emitted from the instrument is used as a measurement reference, if it is improperly placed, a large measurement error will occur.
In the former method, if a special bracket that is not adjustable is used, it is difficult to make the surface of the bridge board and the surface of the bracket high, and adjustment by the adjustable bracket is also quite time-consuming and troublesome, because the bracket and the platform to be tested are not the same reference. Then a method can realize the uniformity of the base surface, and the adjustment is convenient, and the image finding is easy. However, the self-collimator occupies a certain position of the flat plate, and the full-length data of the flat plate cannot be measured. The full-length measurement can be achieved by using the complementary point method for data connection.
