铁地板尺寸、数量及材质：外形尺寸3000×1500×130，数量为6组，每组12块，共计72块，材质为HT200号铸铁。
铁地板铸造几何尺寸按图纸要求进行，铸件任何面不准有夹渣、缩松、裂纹、重叠、气孔等缺陷（附铁地板加工图纸）。
铁地板在加工之前要进行回火时效处理，消除内应力；此过程要派人现场监督。
机械加工几何尺寸、公差、形状公差表面粗糙度按图纸要求加工。
铁地板每12块组成一个整体平台，平台整体平面度为0.4，地板与地板之间梯形槽的对称度为0.3，梯形槽之间底面应在一个平面上误差不大于0.3。
铁地板地脚螺栓直径为24mm，地下深度为300mm，灌浆孔￠70和铁地板平面调整孔￠70及地脚螺栓孔加封盖板。盖板表面与铁地板平面为同一平面，公差为：-0.1mm。
铁地板工作表面做刮研处理，非工作面做防腐处理。
